New: TalkWithTheDoctor - easy and safe contact with your GP

From Monday 3 November you can use the app Talk to theDoctor. This app allows you to quickly and securely contact our GP practice without having to call.

What can you do with the app?

With Talk to theDoctor you can:

• Sending short messages to the practice
• Asking medical questions
• Scheduling appointments
• Requesting repeat prescriptions
• Send photos of complaints safely

The app works similar to WhatsApp, but is specially developed for safe medical use. For medical questions, the app automatically asks targeted questions so that our team of assistants and GPs can help you faster and better.

How does it work?

Talk to theDoctor is available via the patient portal of Your Care Online. Click on the tile Talk to theDoctor to automatically create a personal account.
