From Monday 3 November: use TalkWithTheDoctor in Your Care Online

From Monday 3 November, you can use TalkWithTheDoctor, a new feature in the Your Care Online app. With this feature, you can easily contact your GP practice without having to call.

With TalkWithTheDoctor, you can:

• Sending messages to the practice
• Ask questions
• Making appointments
• Requesting repeat prescriptions
• Send photos

The feature works similar to WhatsApp, but is specially designed for safe medical contact. For medical questions, the app automatically asks for the right information so that our team of assistants and GPs can help you faster and better.

You will find PraatmetdeDokter in the Your Care Online app. Click on the PraatmetdeDokter tile to automatically create a personal account.
