From Monday 8 July, you can visit our surgery digitally every working day from 09:00 - 16:00. With the click of a button, you place yourself in the digital waiting room. You will then be helped by a GP as soon as possible, via a video link. For this consultation hour, you do not need to make an appointment and a visit to the practice is not necessary. We hope this will provide you with an additional opportunity to contact your GP.
If your symptoms require physical examination, we ask you to make a physical appointment instead of using a digital consultation.
Practices are very busy. The phone is red hot at many times and the consulting hours are overcrowded. We are aware that you sometimes have to wait a long time on the phone and also sometimes have to wait before you can come to the surgery. We prefer not to do this either.
The demand for care is currently very high. We do our best to help everyone as much as possible.
