Are you experiencing problems logging into your patient environment and have you been affiliated with GP Umbgrove or Weijlandt? To be able to use your patient environment, you need to perform some steps. With these steps, you will add Practice Elsrijk (formerly GP Eijtinger) as your new healthcare provider.
Since Monday 24 March 2025, we have been using a new software system. This may cause you to temporarily have to wait longer, both on the phone and in the waiting room, as our staff are still getting used to the new system. We ask for your understanding in this regard.
